• Vend tax fix now matching official, when selling/buying items over 10m in player vend it's 5% tax
• Fixed missing Costume Black Thunder to middle costume hat enchant list
• Fixed Sky Moon and Infiltrate not triggering autospell when miss
• Fixed Rising skill buff being wrong
• Fixed Chasing Break didn't dash close to the target, it always landed a few cells away
